How we actually sell bikes
Not with a shopping cart, mostly. Almost every bike we sell goes through a conversation first, and that is deliberate.
- You write, a person answers. On WhatsApp, in English, usually within the hour. Not a chatbot and not a ticket number.
- We ask before we recommend. Your height, where you ride, how often, what you rode before. Frame size is where online purchases go wrong.
- We will talk you out of things. If 800 Wh is more battery than you need, we say so, even though it is the cheaper sale for us.
- You are not buying blind. Real stock, real delivery dates, and a straight answer when something is not available.
Why we carry so few brands
It looks like a limitation and it is really the opposite. We used to carry many brands, and what happened was predictable: three-month waits for stock, spare parts that never arrived, and mechanics who had to look things up.
Concentrating on Cube and Amflow means real stock of each model and size, parts in the building, and people who know these bikes properly. If you want a brand we do not carry, we will tell you honestly — and if you already own one, our workshop page explains what we can and cannot do for it.
