The four steps

1You tell us

Where you are, your height, what you want to ride. On WhatsApp, in English.

2We build it

Our mechanics assemble it, set it up and check it in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid.

3It ships

2 to 4 working days on the mainland. To your address or to a partner workshop.

4You ride

Turn the handlebar straight, fit the pedals, and go. We explain how, and a workshop will do it if you prefer.

For the islands there are also import formalities on arrival. We give you the complete delivered figure before you commit to anything — we would much rather you compared properly than discovered a cost later.

To your door, or to a workshop

Both work, and neither costs more. Which one suits you depends on whether you would rather someone else did the last few steps.

  • To your address. It arrives in a large box, handlebar turned, pedals off. Twenty minutes of work with the tools included.
  • To a partner workshop. They finish the set-up and hand it to you ready to ride. There are more than 70 across Spain — see Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol or the full map.
  • Or collect from us in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid, where the workshop and warehouse are.

Questions people actually ask

Do I have to assemble it myself?
Barely. It arrives assembled and checked — you straighten the handlebar and fit the pedals. If you would rather not, have it delivered to a partner workshop and they hand it over ready to ride.
Is delivery included on the mainland?
Yes. The islands have their own cost, which we quote before you order.
Can I track it?
Yes, we tell you when it ships and you can follow it. If anything slips, we tell you rather than leaving you guessing.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us immediately with photos and we sort it out. It is rare — the packing is designed for it — but it is our problem to solve, not yours.
Can I collect it in person?
Yes, at our shop in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid. Message us first so we have the bike ready when you arrive.
