Buying an e-bike in Spain, with service that answers in English
You already know what a good e-bike is. What you probably don’t know is who will service it once you’re here. We are Spain’s largest e-bike specialist: Cube and Amflow with Bosch and DJI motors, official warranty handled by us, and more than 70 partner workshops across the country.
We won’t explain what an e-bike is
Most of our international customers have already owned one back home. You know the difference between a hub motor and a mid-drive, and you know a Bosch Performance CX when you see one. So let’s talk about what actually changes when you buy in Spain.
- It’s the same bike. Cube is a German brand and these are the same models sold in Germany, the Netherlands or the UK, with the same Bosch motors and the same manufacturer warranty.
- The warranty is handled here. You don’t have to ship anything back to your home country. We process it from Spain, and the partner workshops do the servicing.
- You don’t need to speak Spanish. Write to us on WhatsApp in English and a real person answers — usually within the hour.
- The bike arrives assembled. Our mechanics build it and check it before it leaves. You are not getting a box with instructions.
Where your bike gets looked after
This is the part most people ask about first, and rightly so. Buying online is easy; getting a motor diagnosed two years later is the real question. We work with more than 70 partner workshops across Spain, including the areas where most international residents live.
1Costa Blanca
Four partner workshops around Alicante: the city itself, Dénia, Orihuela and Benijófar.
2Costa del Sol
Two partner workshops in Málaga province: Málaga city and Marbella.
3The islands
No partner workshop in the Balearics or Tenerife yet — we say so plainly. We ship there and handle the warranty from Spain.
4Everywhere else
From Galicia to Murcia, 70+ workshops. The full map has every address.
