How your bike gets to you

We ship to Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The bike travels assembled and checked, in a large box with the handlebar turned and the pedals removed. Shipping cost and timing depend on the island, and we quote the complete delivered figure before you order anything.

What we will not pretend

• We have no partner workshop in the Balearics. None at all. If having a workshop of ours nearby is your deciding factor, that is a perfectly good reason to buy on the island, and we would rather you knew now than later.
• The warranty is still handled from Spain, wherever you are. That part does not change: you never ship a bike abroad.
• Routine servicing can be done by any competent bike shop on the island. For the motor, the battery or a warranty claim it needs an official service point, and we coordinate that with you.
• We are still expanding. If you know a good bike shop on your island that would make a sensible partner, tell us — that is genuinely how this network has grown.

Riding in Mallorca

The island has more good cycling per square kilometre than almost anywhere in Europe, and an e-bike changes what is reachable in a morning.

• The Serra de Tramuntana is why people come. Sa Calobra and Puig Major are long climbs, and this is exactly where an e-MTB or a strong motor earns its money.
• The flat south and the Pla are perfect for a trekking bike: villages, long straight roads, a coffee at the far end.
• Winter and spring are the good seasons. Riding here in February beats anything you can do at home in February.
